
- EVOLVING TASTING MENU -
At maison, each evening unfolds with an 8 ‘ish’ course blind-tasting menu (£100pp for the food), beginning with a welcome drink to set the tone at our drinks reception, around Ben’s Table.
There is no printed menu, as every dish is shaped by the day: the ingredients Ben finds, the inspiration that strikes, even the weather outside. Nothing is final until it arrives at your table, which is all part of the surprise and delight.
Our ingredients are rooted in the UK, and sourced as locally as possible: from garden vegetables to land and sea, and even some of the wines and drinks that fill your glass.
- DIETARY REQUIREMENTS / ALLERGIES -
We offer one tasting menu. Because of our no-menu concept and the seasonality of our ingredients, we are only able to accommodate allergies, as well as dietary requirements relating to religion or pregnancy.
In some cases, we can provide vegetarian, pescatarian, or vegan options, and we are also able to adapt dishes to be gluten or dairy-free, but we must be informed at the time of booking.
We kindly ask that guests are clear and accurate about their requirements, and open-minded in their approach. Please note, that we do not treat dislikes or preferences as dietary requirements and please DO NOT say you’re ‘vegan’ if you’re not, as it isn’t just dairy!
